I suppose you start from Chaoyanggongyuan. Chaoyanggongyuan is far from Badaling. Here is one bus route for you:
Take bus no.635 from Chaoyanggongyuan stop to Deshengmen South stop (passing 13 stops). Walk about 450m till you reach the Deshengmen bus stop. And then take bus no. 919 Fast from Deshengmen to Badaling. Good Luck :)
