About:China Business Visa

Hi,

I am a Singaporen graphic designer scouting for a design job in China and also to join my girlfriend who is already working there in China earlier. My query is that if I've managed to get hold of a job in China...which particular visa should i apply to depart from Singapore? What if the paperwork (my working visa) will only be settled by the company only once I'm there? So which suggested visa should I apply that best suits this situation.

Lastly, in a diff situation, if I visit my girlfriend as a tourist visa and while staying there I happen to land a job offer, can I i do a swap of visa from tourist visa to working visa? is this legal?

thank yo so much for the attention and help advise will clear my great worry away. Thanks!

If your company will process the visa fro you when you ar ein China, you can just go to Chian with a F business visa.
you can go t China with a L tourist visa to China and change your visa to be a work visa after you find an offer in China. However, you are not allowed to work in China with a tourist visa.
