how much is the fare from Shanghai to Beijing by train (the bullet train) and how much by plane?

with 325rab, u can get a bed on a normal train. with 453rab u only get seat on a bullet train. and it's only maybe 3-5 hours faster.
why i say "maybe" , cuz the normal train always delay.
