I am planning a trip to Chengdu and Jiuzhaigao on dec 15 - dec 22. what’s you opinion? Will the price be lower?

It is indeed the low season in December and the price may be lower, but travel to Jiuzhaigou in winter is not suggested, since the flight schedule is not stable due to the bad weather, and the famous Huanglong tourist area will be closed due to the heaven snow. If possible, you can change your travel date and your destination.
