Question

I'm Malaysian and have booked a ticket to Hainan Island.Will be travelling during Mid Dec 09 and would like to know when can I apply for a visa to enter china and how much do I need to pay? I have not booked a hotel yet and i'm travelling with a group of Singaporean as they have relatives in Hainan. Kindly advise.Thanks!

You can apply for the China visa one month ahead of your departure date.You will apply for the vis from the china emabssy in Singapore if I'm right, then you have to pay SGD 50 for a single entry Chian visa.If you don't have any ho tel booking, you can ask your sigaporean companion's relatives in China to provide you an invitation letter for your vis aapplication.
