If you mean China multiple entry business visa for 1 year, it is SGD 150 for malaysian citizens applying in Singapore.
The one-day processing is available noe, but you can only get the visa the next day after your submission.
You need to provide the following documents:
1. One completely filled out Visa Application Form.
2. One recently taken passport photo. Please affix the photo to the application form.
3. Singapore PR.EP.WP. (Original and photocopy) or Embarkation card.
4. Return air ticket, hotel booking.
5. Official Notification of Issuance of Visa from the authorized departments (original)
6. Proof of frequent travel to china.
7. Applicants holding a new passport are required to submit the old one.
