Hi, which transportation you will take from beijing airport to badaling wall? By taxi? subway? or bus?

when you arrive in beijing, you can go to Deshengmen Gate, where there are no.919 bus to badaling. The ticket costs 12 yuan and the journey costs about one hour.

kumusta? we just came from Beijing last saturday from qingdao. from the airport, we took the bus going to xidan for Tiananmen Square and Gugong (Forbidden Kingdom). From there, we took a taxi (18rmb) to Deshengmen. We were told to get bus 919 but somebody met us and he said most buses take about 3 hours. Express buses take about an hour but only start at 6AM and 9AM with more than 50 passengers. this im not sure coz he offered his SUV at 500 rmb from there to badaling then we spent 2 hours and brought us to the subway in beijing. we had to take it since i had to get back to qingdao that same evening. MY SUGGESTION: if you are not in a rush and want to save, take the early bus at deshengmen going to Badaling. It will give you enough time to tour around the great wall. then you can get back by bus 919 or take private cars going back to beijing central at 200 rmb. there are lots of drivers waiting there offering you a ride. try more than 5 drivers and negotiate half their prize.hope this will help.
