About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Per your guidelines, you indicate the standard for checked luggage is 110 lbs.
A few lines later, you indicate the allowance for free checked luggage (economy class) is 44 lbs.

Hi , 110 lbs is the limitation for a standard checked luggage. If your luggage exceed the limitation. It can not be treated as a checked luggage.
44 lbs is the limitation for the free checked luggage (economy class), if your luggage exceed the amount, you need to pay for the exceeded luggage.
