About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

i would like to get a visa for Hong Kong and i have all the documents can i apply for the visa in your office in Dubai or it has to be done form AD could you advice me about the same thx
am UAE residence visa holder and indian passport holder.

Indian passport holders are free of visa to Hk for 14 days. How long will you stay in Hk?
