About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Dear Sir/Ms
I am an Australian citizen holding a current Australian passport. I wish to travel to Bishkek in Kyrgystan to visit your country as a tourist for a few days. Do I need to have a visa before I arrive or can I have a tourist visa issued at Manas Airport in Bishkek on arrival? I will be flying from Beijing to Bishkek. How much does the visa cost. If I cannot get a visa on arrival, how else can I get a visa?
Regards
CHRIS FREER
