15days visa FREE stay start from the date passport stamped at Singapore and China? or flight arrival/departure time?

The 15 days visa free stay in Chian starts from the day you enter China.

Only when you enter into the territory of China mainland can the Chinese customs staff stamp on your passport for the entry remark, i.e. the 15 days is calculated from the date on the entry stamp.
