Hi, I urgently need info on where to go for a new visa application in Guanzhou. My wife, a portuguese national, has had her passport stolen (in handbag) at trade fair in Guanzhou. She now needs to go to Shanghai and Hong Kong on further business but is stuck as she has no passport nor visa to travel by air.
