About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

hello we are do to visit china later this year.....for the first time ever i got into trouble with the police and was charged with affray...and im doing community service....will this affect my application for visa...thnx

You should try to get an exact answer form the China emabssy in London who will grant the visa for you anyway.

How did it go? I have to go for work in the summer and I'm in exactly the same situation
