Sir/ Madam, I'm a filipina got married to chinese guy.I'm pregnant this time and i'm planning to go back to the Phils. to giving birth there. We apply our marriage here in china.After i giving birth, i will come to china again with my baby bec. my husband was base here. What documents i need to prepare for my baby before we enter china? Does the baby can use the Family name of his father eventhough he/ she was born in the Phils.? What docs. i need to show in the phils.? Thank you for your kind consideration.yahoo.com|brosasrechel

I think you will have to apply for a birth certificate for your baby after the birth firstly, but you have to contact the China emabssy in Philippines to ask help about how to take your baby back to China.
