About:Hong Kong MTR

Do they accept credit card payment for OCtopus cards? Do all MTR stations (particularly Tsing Yi and Tsuen Wan) have customer service offices that sell octopus cards? If I buy an octopus card for child/senior worth $70 (refundable deposit=50, initial stored value =20), and I use up $40 for MTR/bus, will I still get a refund?

It seems no. Citibank has a kind of Octopuc credit card can be used there as a Octopus card. Yes, you can get the card in all MTR stations. Yes, you can get the refund.
