I would like to know, if I should present my required documents for taking the Business Visa personally to Chineese embassy in Tehran, or I can send them by some one on my behalf?thanks

Previously, it was possible to entrust an agency or some other people to send the application on your behalf. I think the rule still works. Well, you'd better chech with the visa officers by making a telephone to the China Embassy in your country.
