Hello, I will going to Taipei on next year beginning of April, could anyone pls tell me the forecast weather during that period? and What kind of clothing I should bring? any discount / sales in the shopping complex during that time?

Long sleeved shirts, a warm coat is ok. Actually, you do not need to take too many clothes as it is easy to buy one in taibei
