we are from singapore, average temp 32 degree, we are planing to beijing around

We are from Singapore, average temp 32 degree,  we are planing to Beijing around Christmas time which will be cold, perhaps 3 degree to minus 7 degrees.  any one can advise whether we will be able to stand for such cold weather.

i am from the philippines with same weather as singapore and I have spent new year in beijing, which was around -1 degrees.  Just bring thermal wear and a really thick bubble jacket, a reliable bonnet, and you will be fine.
