Please let me know what are the requirements to apply for a Travel Visa.

You should provide the following documents to the embassy:

1. Your original passport, which must have at least six months validity left before expiration and at least one blank visa left

2. A passport-sized photo affixed to a completed application form

3. Round-trip flight tickets and hotel reservation

4. Your latest bank statements
