Hi, my flight depart from Singapore on 24-Oct @ time 01:15 and flight depart from Shanghai on 08-Nov @ midnight 00:10, do I need a Visa for this China visit? Thanks & Best Regards

I think you don't need a visa, since you will change your boarding card before 24:00 on Nov 08, right?
