About:Embassy & Consulate of Hungary in China

Is there any website that I could download the application form for Hungarian visa? i am Mongolian and guess that we should send our passports to Beijing, right?

You can download the form from the officasil website of the HUngary embassy in Beijing, China:
http://www.mfa.gov.hu/kum/en/bal/consular_services
/Entry_of_Foreigners_to_Hungary/Visa_application_forms/
As far as I know there isn't any Hungary embassy or consualte in Mongolia, so you may have to apply for the visa from the Hungary embassy in Beijing.
To make sure that, you'd better contct the embassy in Beijing to confirm this.
