About:Chinese Embassy in New Zealand

I am applying for a tourist visa and have my inbound and outbond air tickets, but have not yet booked my accomodation in Shanghai and Beijing. Can I apply for the visa before these are booked?

You may be required to present your hotel booking when applying for the visa.
