About:China Visa

can somebody help me please, my boyfriend who is in china wants me to get a fiance visa im here now in Philippines, is there really a fiance visa? i would like to know if there such is and the requirements that i have to present.. thankyou

There isn't any fiancee visa, you can onlt apply for a visit visa with the following documents:
1.Your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2.A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3.Round-trip air ticket
4.Hotel reservation.

Hi, Im Niall. I'm also in a bit of a quandary.

Im looking to work here and eventually convert my L to a Z visa. Unfortunately my (single entry) L visa will expire soon so I need to either get it renewed here or go to HK to get a new one. Sadly, my employer is suggesting that I can't get it renewed here (Zhejiang) so may have to go back to the UK to do this.

Does anyone know if I can either get an extension to my visa in Zhejiang and or change it to a multiple entry L visa?
If not, does anyone know if I can apply for a new (multiple entry) L visa in HK or not?

Any suggs will be much appreciated

If you have had a job in China, why not change your visa to work visa?
I'm no tsure whether you can apply for the Chian work visa in HK, you can try to confirm it your self.
Visa Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in Hong Kong SAR,
Address: 7th Floor, Lower Block, China Resources Building,
No.26, Harbor Road, Wanchai
Open 09:00 to noon, and 14:00 to 17:00, Mon to Fri (except Hong Kong public holidays)
If not, you will have to go back to Uk to process your visa.
