You could use the MTR for the whole journey. Starting from Causway Bay, please take the Island Line to Admiralty. Then, transfer to Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Prince Edward to take the Kwun Tong Line to Kowloon Tong. Here, you could take the East Rail to Sha Tin directly.
