About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Good afternoon, it says in the official Chinese Embassy website in Manila that the requirements for business visa include Visa Notification form which must be provided by a Chinese Authorized Unit. May I ask as to how do I get this and where exactly should I get this from?

You have to ask your Chinese partner to apply it for you either from the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
