Hi, Please advise for below:For tourist visa application, is it ok if the photo using red background? For the form itself, must we type it and not allowed to write on it?If we entrust friend to submit/pick up the form, should we prepare any authorize letter?Is 64180252 the spore representative office ph number for visa dept? The red background photo is ok and the visa application form can either be filled by typing or hand-writing, but if you fill it with your hand-writing, be carefull to write everything clear!You can provide an anthourized letter, but the visa application form must be filled and signed on your own.As for th ephone number, would you please kindly advise which embassy's telephone number, China embassy in Singapore or in Indonesia?
