About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

I am planning to go to China, is there a trade fair coming up in October in Guangzhou or is it in Shenzen? Can anyone pls let me know and reply
Also hotels and transportaion?
What is the local exchange rate to US$.

Hi, Mr Ted,
the fair is held in Guang Zhou in Oct. three phases:
Phase 1: Oct 15 - 19, 2009
Phase II: Oct 23 - 27, 2009
Phase III: Oct 31 – Nov 04, 2009
the hotel during fair time cost more than usual. 3-star hotel, single room may cost RMB500 per day. you'd better reserve in advance. since many people come, almost all the hotel are full.
but texi and bus and metro is cheap.
exchange rate may around 6.8, and depends on the international exchange rate.
