Hi, Mrs. Arantzazu,

I've heard that there is no direct train available from Hong kong to Kunming. You have to take expree train at a cost of about ¥300.00-¥330.00 per ticket to Guangzhou first. There are three trains available from Guangzhou to Kunming, which are K230/K231 (07:17/08:16 next day), K365/K364 (14:03/15:15 next day), K483/K482 (21:06/23:26 next day). The train journey takes about around 25 hours. Soft sleeper berth costs ¥539.00 and hard sleeper berth costs ¥353.00 per ticket.
