I need to transfer from Pudong Int airport to Hongqiao airport. What is the best way to do it?

If not in a hurry, you can take airport buses shuttling between the two airports. It is cheap, about 30RMB. Taxi is the most convinient way. It is much faster and much expensive either. It costs about 220RMB. Hope it helps.
