Dear Sir or Madam:My wife and I are Canadian citizens, living in Sarnia, Ontario.  We plan to visit Shangai, China for one day in mid-February as part of a cruise stop in that city.  How can we avoid a trip to your Toronto Consulate inorder to obtain the Visas?  Thank you for your help in this matter.
