About:China Work Visa

Dear Sir,
I am French citizen, resident of United Arab Emirates. I am going to live in Shanghai starting 1 October.
I am chief representative of a representative office.
I have to get Z visa:
How can I get a government issued Employment Permit and a Visa Notification Letter? Who shall I contact?

The Employment Permit should be issued by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
As for the visa notification letter, you should ask the Chian emabssy in france for help.
