About:Chinese Embassy in France

Dear Sir,
I am French resident and resident in UAE.
I am going to live in Shanghai starting 1 October 2009. I am chief representative of our new representative office over there.
Do I have to enter the country with Z visa or shall I enter with normal business visa?
Is the registration certificate of the company enough to get Z Visa?
Regards & Thank you
