About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Do you have any idea how much time I should wait? Is it true that China doesn't hire Filipinos for the meantime? Is it a possible if I apply for a student visa to study the language first then I would work if I have my working permit already. Thanks.

You can apply for a student visa to China to learn the language,find a work and then apply for a work visa. However, you still need to apply for an admission letter yourself firstly and ask the school to send you an approved Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW101 or JW202) issued by the Chinese authorized unit.
