About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Could anyone help me about the POLICE CLEARANCE I got from Notary Oriental Public Office, WHERE AND HOW WILL I RENEW IT? IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO RENEW IT IN THE CHINESE EMBASSY IN MANILA, PHILIPPINES? How long does it take? i'm kinda worried coz I'm gonna be having my consular interview SO SOON...PLS DO HELP ME>>>huhuhu

Thanks for the reply sir, I did that already but nobody helped or gave suggestions on what to do... The officer even told me that they cannot resolve it...So depressing for real...
