About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi I'm currently in Vietnam and looking to travel to Shanghai in the next few days. When I arrive in Shanghai my passport will have 12days spare, before it it is valid for less than 6 months. I will be applying for a new poassport however it may not be granted until 2 days after this. Will I be right to stay in China? I'm an Australian citzen & I have a China VISA for 30days.

Then madam, you can just enter China with your present visa and apply for a new visa when you get your new passport in China.
