About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Hi, I am a British national working in Thailand, i have been offered a job in China. I want to know if i can apply for a Z visa in Bangkok?? that is where i am currently living. Is this possible??

Yes, you can have a try to apply for Z visa of China in Bangkok. The chance is not 100%.

The visa officer will ask you to provide valid thailand visa or residence permit or work permit of thailand if you apply for China Z visa in a third country.

Mr. albert, you can apply for the visa from the consulate general of Chian in Barcenola with the following documents:
1.Your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2.A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3.A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit.
4.Round-trip air ticket
5.Hotel reservation.
