About:Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia

I need Visa form for multiple visa 1 year validity, I have tried from the homepage of Embassy but it is not working. can you helpt me

You can also download the application form from this website https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/visa-application.pdf

The application form is suitable for all kinds of Chinese visa, single entry, double entries or multiple entries.
