I am currently a resident in the United Arab Emirates, but I am originally from New Zealand. Can somebody please advise me as to the best way to obtain a tourist visa for china around november 09?Cheer

You can apply for a visa at Chinese embassy in UAE reside in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain or Chinese Consulate in Dubai if live in rest of the UAE. You can also apply for a China visa in Hong Kong or Macau.
