About:China Visa Application Requirements

i got a job another job in uae however my current hotel is requiring me to exit to another country for me to get a another residence visa for my new job just to get my passport stamp and go back to uae. and im thinking to do the exit in china, is it posible for me to get a visa on arrival so that i can stay atlest for a week to china? or no need since im a phil passport holder? or can i stop by to hongkong since i dont need a visa to go there and go straight to hangzhou?

Only aliens under special situation can apply the on arrival visa.See the details on the website below:
https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/service.htm
You still need a visa even if you stop by Hk and then go to Hangzhou later.
Sir, why not apply for a Chian visa from the Chinese embassy in UAE in advance?
