Dear Officer, I am a Malaysian and holding a Singapore PR. I've booked the air-ticket to China. However, i have not booked any hotel yet as my friends and i are still in the midst of planning our itineraries. In this case, can i proceed to apply for the visa? I'm afraid you ar enot able to get the visa without any hotel booking in China, but you can confirm this with the China embassy in Singapore.You can download the application form from the website below:https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa.htm
