Dear Officer,

I am a Malaysian and holding a Singapore PR. I've booked the air-ticket to China. However, i have not booked any hotel yet as my friends and i are still in the midst of planning our itineraries. In this case, can i proceed to apply for the visa? And also, please advise where can i download the application form
