As I know, the Guangzhou Tianhe Bus Station has coaches to Macau from 07:40 to 20:20 everyday. The fare is 67RMB. In Guangzhou, you could take the subway Line 3 to reach the bus station directly.The bus's terminal is Hotel Lisboa in Macau. From here, you could catch the city-bus No.25 with a fare of 3.3MOP to reach the Venetian Hotel directly.
