I am Romanian and live in Fukui (more than 1 year visa) and I am going to a conference in China in September. Can I apply in Tokyo for visa or should I apply to Osaka consulate ?For bussines trip visa I need :1) passport2) application form with passport photo3) allien registration in Japan4) invitation from ChinaDo I need also confirmation for booking reserevation from hotel and round-trip ticket ? Anything else ?Thank you.

You can just apply for the visa from the China embassy in Tokyo.Besides the documents you listed above, you also need the followings:a. One certificate photo;b.  A Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit.Meanwhile, the hotel booking and round-way air ticket may be also required.
