Can I take a tour to Jade Dragon Sonw Mountain (Glacier Park)?

The Glacier Park is on the top of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. For your safety, I do not suggest you visit it. You may just take the cable car to Spruce Plateau and overlook the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
