About:Embassy of Morocco in China

dear sir: good day! i am a travel agent in taipei city taiwan. at the end of september, i have a tourist group will take costa magica cruise trip totally
09 days on board. we will visit casablanca on 2nd october, the lenght we stay
will not over 12 hours. now i am facing a serious problem, if we apply moracco
visa via your embassy in japan. it will take more than 21 working days.

would you please let me know if i can apply visa from the embassy in beijing? if available; how long will it be? how much will it cost? what docutments we need?
we have totally 15 pax in this group.

i will call the embassy in beijing this morning(27/aug). who shall i speak to?
i called yesterday, a lady told me to call 10~12am.
so i will call around 10:30 later.
