thank you very much for your reply. I just want to confirm one matter: So can I apply for an F Visa in Kuala Lumpur although my invitation letter from a Chinese authority says in the first line "please apply forthwith for visa the Chinese Embassy in Germany with this form" ? Unfortunately it's not possible to issue another letter.
