I have plan to visit Beijing this aerly November, is it high season?

Yes, November is still the high season. Low season begins from Dec 1st.

november may still be the HIGH season but i can tell you from living here that there are few tourist then. and i think the prices of places go down but also exhibits are changed at that time.
