About:Harbin Weather

Hi,
I am going to harbin in september first week and will be staying there for a couple of weeks ...can somebody tell me do i need to take some warm clothes.?

People still wear summer t-shirt at noon. Take a light jacket with you in case of the cooler weather at night.
