hi, i'm going to macau from gaungzhou, what is the best way, how long the journy?

Get to Gongbei Border from Macau, first, and then take a bus from Gongbei Bus Station to Guangzhou. It needs 2-2.5 hours from Gongbei to GUangzhou. Spare half a hour to pass the border, plus the time you spend from your stay to the border. :-)
