About:Chongqing Jiangbei Airport Transportation ¨C To Downtown & Nearby Cities

This site states there are flights between Chongqing and foreign cities such as Seoul, Tokyo, Nagoya, Bangkok, Munich, and Dusseldorf.

When is the flight to Dusseldorf???

yes, this airport has several international airlines but seems that no flight to Dusseldorf currently. Maybe you could purchase a connect airline via Shanghai or Beijing from Chongqing.
