Hi, how are you! My name is Lili,from America. would like to find out where is double river farm? Is there any sightseeing or places to visit? Also,does foreigner need special permit to visit that area? Thank you!

I know this farmland is located in Gannan County of Qiqihar but not very sure what you could see there. It seems that you don't have to apply for special permit.
